De Paus is op bezoek in Israël en zit daar in een restaurant lekker te eten. 

Komt de ober naar hem toe, en vraagt! 

Bent U niet die bekende meneer uit Rome.

Ja zegt paus, dat klopt.

Nou, zegt de ober. 

Dat komt goed uit, want er staat nog een rekening open van het laatste avondmaal.
